Not really. Evas have an AT field, the gundams wouldn't even be able to touch them. Not to mention that the EVA's have a rifle that fires goddamn ANTI-MATTER! You know what will stop anti-matter? NOTHING!

The problem is, that Gundams are stupidly, ridiculously, outrageously maneuverable. Especially the ones in Gundam 00. You know, the one that can basically manipulate reality on a Quantum level.

An interceptor will stop anti-matter from reaching the target. If the anti-matter is polarized to be fired in the first place, a like-charge EM field will also stop it.
